Airjet Cleaning Machine

The Air Jet Bottle cleaning machine is suitable for cleaning bottles with compressed ionized air and vacuum for dust collection.
Bottles are placed on the turntable which feeds the bottle to the star wheel. The starwheel in turn feeds the bottle to an inverter.

The bottles are subjected to filtered compressed air for blowing & ionized air for loosening particulate matter, if any. Dust particles that are set loose will be collected under negative pressure by the suction blower provided in Vacuum chamber.
