Capping Machine

The Capping machine applies screw caps to containers with constant rotation head mounted on the capping head. The caps are placed on the bottle with the, cap pick and place mechanism provided.

The bottles enter the machine and are carried to the star wheel where the caps are placed on bottle after which the capping head screws the bottle to the right torque. There is a arm to lock the bottle during the screwing process.

· The machine is in a Polycarbonate enclosure.
