Bottle Unscrambler

The Unscrambler is used to orient and convey bottles in an correct position for further process. The machine helps to reduce operator intervention by eliminating the need to manually orient bottles during operation.

The unit is enclosed in a stainless steel frame. Bottles are manually supplied to a hopper from which a inclined belt controls the supply of bottles to an disc drum to a star wheel.

The rotation of the star wheel collects bottles in the outer pockets, elevating and sorting them. After which they pass through an cleaning chamber where the bottles cleaned.

Correctly orientated bottles are transferred on to a Conveyor for further process.
