Orientation Elevator

The Orientation Elevator Unit is used to elevate and convey the required caps or measuring cups directly into the middle chute of the respective machine for further sealing process. The caps/cups are manually loaded into the hopper of the elevator unit, which then pass into a vertical belt which conveys the caps/cups to the required height from where they are pushed with compressed air into the chute of the machine.

The conveyor also ensures that the caps/cups are in the proper orientation.

The design of the Elevator Unit combines both the loading and orienting operation.
